Dale Blassingame - A visionary that has dedicated his life to help youth reach their full potential. The supports of Male Mentors in his life led him to understand the importance of positive mentors. He earned a Bachelors Degree in Business & utilizes his relationship & business understanding to support the needs of the nonprofit. He is honored to serve as President & brings great perspectives and resources to the board, on top of his willing to do whatever is needed to help kids!

Lexington Holloway  - A Passionate Educator with a gift of Mathematics & Heart of Gold! He possess a Bachelors in Secondary Education with a Mathematics major & Masters in Computer Science. His financial wisdom will help to guide our nonprofit to fiscal responsibility, allowing us to impact as many lives as possible! While he left the classroom his heart was still with impacting kids & serving on the board as Treasurer allows him to continue his impact!

Cathy Davis - is an experienced and compassionate educator. She is driven to serve underestimated students and has a proven record of exceeding high academic expectations for her students through cultivating nurturing relationships. She has a Masters Degree in Special Education. She also has experience writing state certification test questions for teachers. She believes that all career paths need to be respected, as it takes a diversity of people, as well as diversity of careers to make our entire global community prosper.

 Jasmine Burrell - Is a devoted parent, community member, and daycare owner with an associate's degree in Business Administration. She's committed to seeing and being the change that happens within the community. Ms. Burrell has the vision to help empower the youth by teaching them financial literacy and budgeting skills. Ms. Burrell is vital in the faith-based community. Always had a passion for giving back and building youth development in the City of Flint. For years she has been a community advocate and navigator who helped connect residents to resources within the community. She is grateful to be on the board that will help make a more significant impact in the City of Flint. 

Pastor Jimmie Whitaker - AMan of God has always had a servants hearts, ,where God lead. This service began in the music ministry at Bethesda Temple in the late 80's, he then served in the youth ministry and became Pastor there in 1997. He has served in several capacity to help youth reach their full potential! He has committed his days to Gods work and helping Flint and its youth be all it can be!  

Tiara Diggs -   

Tiara Diggs - is a dedicated educator that strives to see all students succeed! She has a Bachelor of Science in Social Science with an educational background and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instructions. Presently, she is pursuing her doctoral degree.  Her life goal is to ensure that every child reaches their full potential! Her God given calling is to use all God has given her to sow seeds of greatness into disadvantaged youth and to develop program they need to do so!
